You arrive on-site, system down, customer counting on you.
You:

Diagnose the issue using proper tools and testing equipment

Identify the root cause—not just the symptom

Repair or replace components correctly and efficiently

Throughout the day, you’ll:

Run service calls and maintenance visits

Troubleshoot complex system issues

Document work, parts, and findings accurately
-
Stay connected with dispatch and your team
Bottom line: You own the call—from diagnosis to solution to customer experience.

Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems in residential settings
-
Use tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot system failures
-
Identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
-
Perform preventative maintenance and system checks
-
Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutions
-
Calculate pricing using flat-rate system and collect payment
-
Maintain accurate documentation of work, materials, and findings
-
Read blueprints and understand system design when needed
-
Collaborate with dispatch, supervisors, and team members
-
Follow all safety protocols, codes, and company standards

EPA Certification (required)
-
Valid driver’s license
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Trade school (completed or in progress per state requirements)
-
2–3+ years of HVAC service experience (strongly preferred)
-
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to communicate clearly with customers
-
Familiar with HVAC codes and regulations
-
Comfortable using tools, testing equipment, and mobile systems
-
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all conditions

Authorized to work in the U.S.

$26 - $36+ per hour (based on experience — no guesswork)
