About the Role:
We are looking for energetic team members to join us as Guest Services Ambassadors. In this role, you will be the face of our venue and help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. Team members will assist guests and support daily operations across multiple attractions, including Axe Throwing, Ropes Course, Laser Tag, and more.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with questions, purchases, and general information.
- Operate and supervise Axe Throwing, Ropes Course, and Laser Tag while ensuring all safety rules are followed.
- Provide safety briefings and complete equipment checks.
- Monitor guest activity and deliver excellent customer service.
- Respond calmly and professionally to guest needs or concerns.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, tidying guest areas, and completing closing checklists.
- Support the team with daily venue operations as needed.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working with guests of all ages.
- Ability to enforce safety rules confidently and professionally.
- Reliable, professional, and a team player.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Must be comfortable with heights.
- Must be able to perform frequent/extended climbing and occasional jumping.
