Job Overview
We are seeking skilled members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently to maintain service flow.
- Support Front-of-House staff by running food and transporting dirty dishware and glassware to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of their area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed (e.g., silverware, napkins, ice)
Experience
- Previous experience in bussing, bartending, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items such as trays and tubs of dishware.
