Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Maintenance/Tradesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and trades tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence in facilities upkeep and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical components, and general carpentry.
- Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Suggested Skills (not all required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to diagnose and repair diverse systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Supervising experience in maintenance or trades environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices within manufacturing or property management settings.

Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license and relatively clean driving record (2 or less moving violations in last 5 years, no DUI or RD).
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Criminal background free of any crimes of violence or theft by any means.

- Present a clean and respectful appearance.
- Must be able to work from moderate heights (step and extension ladders)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
