What you'll do:
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
- See each job through from start to finish with care and attention to detail - no shortcuts, no rushing off before the work is truly done
- Walk customers through all their options (repair, replacement, upgrades, maintenance plans) clearly and honestly, with no pressure or misdirection
- Manage your own route, dispatching daily from home
- Build trust with customers through high-level service and straight talk
- Deliver quality work customers can count on, every time
What you bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade (required)
- EPA certification (required)
- A strong work ethic and pride in your craftsmanship - you finish what you start and do it right
- Strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable presenting multiple options and pricing tiers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own hand tools
- A reputation for honesty, reliability, and genuine care for the customer's best interest
