Andover Manor RehabNursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.

Plan and lead engaging daily activities for residents
Encourage participation through group and one-on-one programs
Assist in developing activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment
Work collaboratively with the care team to promote resident well-being
Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years
Prior experience working with seniors required
Degree in Recreation or previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Activities Director preferred
Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask
