Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday starting at 7:00 am.
45 hours per week depending on weather and jobsite.
Must be able to show up to work on time and have attention to detail.
Some over the road travel depending on the job.
Must be able to handle lifting 70lbs and work through Iowa's weather.
Must not be afraid of heights and long days of working.
Experience in roofing of any type is always a plus. Especially asphalt, steel, and single ply membrane. Other experience in other facets of construction is also a positive.
Regular hand tool experience is a must and heavy equipment knowledge and operation is a plus.
Must be able to work well within a team to accomplish the days work.
Drug and alcohol free jobsites.
On the job training will be available to the right candidates.
