Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative
Location: West Palm Beach, 33404
Pay Rate: $80K annually + Commission

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction and/or HVAC/R.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Established network of industry contacts is highly preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Consent to a background check and drug screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Identify opportunities for HVAC, refrigeration, controls, maintenance agreements, equipment replacement, and energy efficiency projects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using personal network, referrals, market research, and outreach campaigns.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and bid forms tailored to client specifications.
- Track sales activities, prepare forecasts, and report progress toward revenue goals to executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent Excell Refrigeration at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by acting with professionalism and integrity at all times.
