Job Overview
Community Works is looking for experienced painters to join our team on exterior restoration projects across Chittenden County for the 2026 season (June–October).
The Work: Exterior repaints and restoration on residential and commercial properties. Cedar siding, historic trim, covered porches, and multi-story ladder work. Most projects run 1–4 weeks. You focus on prep, priming, and finish coats—we handle the client relationship, estimates, proposals, invoicing, and collections.

What We're Looking For:
- Exterior painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Own basic tools (brushes, rollers, hand tools)
- Vehicle capable of moving tools and ladders
- Someone who takes prep seriously—proper scraping, priming, and masking before paint touches the surface
- Crews & Subcontractors are welcome
Compensation: $25–35/hr depending on experience and skill.
