Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and enjoys meeting new people.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door marketing.
- Perform roof inspections.
- Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners.
- Prepare estimates and explain roofing systems.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the production team throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Sales experience.
- Roofing or construction experience is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
