We are seeking a full-time team member who can work in a busy, professional environment. Previous experience in eye care (such as Optometric or Ophthalmic Technician) is desired but not required. We will train the right person.

Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic is respected in our community for providing ethical, professional, high-quality care and service. We utilize advanced technology (including the Heidelberg Spectralis OCT), and we also provide excellent eyewear. We run a healthy business by treating our patients with kindness and respect, providing them excellent care and service while meeting their needs and working efficiently.
Our Optometric Technicians assist with patient care by performing key tasks including but not limited to emergency triage, pre-testing, special testing (e.g., visual field testing, optical coherence tomography, and fundus photography) and eyewear sales / service. All this, while maintaining a welcoming environment. It is a busy and important job with opportunities to learn a wide range of skills.

In exchange for your hard work, we offer an enjoyable working environment, competitive pay ($18 to $23 an hour, commensurate with experience), paid training, holiday pay, paid sick time / paid time away from work, and a retirement match. Clinic hours: Tuesday through Saturday.
We are located in Milton and Edgewood Washington, north of Tacoma. Our clinic is an easy commute from Auburn, Federal Way, Fife, Puyallup, Sumner, Milton, Edgewood, and many parts of Tacoma.
