The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Hadley, MA location. This is a high‑visibility leadership role with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team — and the autonomy to shape your own culture, systems, and success.

Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficiency

Manage financial performance, inventory, ordering, and scheduling

3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level)
