Nicoloff Family Medicine is an integrative family medical office treating patients of all ages for health maintenance along with acute and chronic health conditions. We utilize functional medicine methods using nutrition, lifestyle changes, targeted natural remedies and nutritional supplementation along with conventional medical treatments.
We are seeking a trained professional who partners with our patients to set realistic health goals, develop personalized wellness plans, and provide ongoing support and accountability for lasting lifestyle changes related to nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and other wellness areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Certification from an accredited health coaching program
· Experience in health education or a related field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Understanding of behavior change principles
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
· Familiarity with wellness and fitness trends
· Empathetic and patient demeanor
JOB DUTIES
· Conducting initial assessments to understand clients' health history and goals
· Developing personalized health and wellness plans
· Providing regular follow-up and support to monitor clients' progress
· Offering nutritional guidance and advice
· Educating clients on healthy lifestyle choices
· Motivating clients to maintain their commitment to wellness goals
· Collaborating with healthcare providers to align health coaching with medical advice
· Recommending nutritional supplements when appropriate
· On-site meetings with occasional online follow-ups
· Competitive salary based on experience
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
