We are seeking a highly motivated sales enthusiast to join our Gils Auto Sales team. This successful, self-motivated candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and build rapport with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers to demonstrate features and benefits
- Go on test drives with customers and answer any questions they may have
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
- Participate in sales and promotional events as required
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork related to vehicle sales
- Utilize Reynolds CRM to track and manage lead opportunities
- Utilize social media platforms to promote vehicles, the dealership, and expand network

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
