Staffing Network is seeking a reliable and hardworking door-installer helper to assist with the installation of commercial doors. The ideal candidate will support the lead installer by preparing materials, transporting tools, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $19 - $20
Overtime: Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of doors, frames, and hardware.
- Load, unload, and transport doors, materials, and tools to job sites.
- Measure, prepare, and organize materials for installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with job site cleanup after installations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment.
