Job Title: Hostess/Server
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess/Waitress to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or busy service times.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a hostess or waitress preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
