Washlab Front Desk Attendant Overview:
Washlab Auto Spa is not your typical carwash. We are a family owned and operated business that has more than 10 years of experience in the carwash industry. We are currently developing sites in over 9 states. Therefore we are looking to fill multiple positions throughout the country with our promote-from-within-strategy. Our washes have top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art equipment that allows our employees to focus on creating a great experience for our guests and maintaining a clean wash site. The primary responsibility of our Front Desk Attendants is to help provide a fast and friendly experience to our WashLab customers. Front Desk Attendant Job Responsibilities:
- Process all sales for new and returning customers.
- Assist all customers with selection and services that WashLab provides
- Inspect all vehicles prior to customers selection, to ensure a clear understanding of what our services provide.
- Assist in valeting vehicles to the initial detail zone.
- Answering phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Work to satisfy any customer issues that may arise.
- Share a smile with coworkers and customers alike.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Follow our dress code/appearance standards.
- Learn about what makes our car wash exceptional by studying our equipment and understanding the chemicals involved with our operation.
- Work with 100% effort 100% of your time on shift.
- Successfully complete all required training regarding the culture of the wash.
Front Desk Attendants may be required to perform other duties as assigned – this list is not meant to be all inclusive.

Experience:
- No experience required; however, we do expect our employees to be flexible and willing to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Multilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus but not required.
Professional Certifications/ Required Documents:
- Valid Drivers License
- Social Security Card
Physical
- Push and pull equipment with the assistance of proper material handling equipment.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, move, and climb ladders.
- Work outdoors in various types of weather.
