You’ll support the day-to-day leasing and resident experience by:
Welcoming prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and electronically.
Conducting property tours and explaining available homes, lease terms, eligibility requirements, and community policies.
Responding to leasing inquiries and following up with prospective residents.
Accepting and processing rental applications and supporting waiting-list activity.
Collecting and verifying applicant documentation, income, and eligibility information.
Preparing leases, move-in paperwork, certifications, and other resident documentation.
Maintaining accurate, organized, and audit-ready resident files.
Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections and documentation.
Coordinating with maintenance and property staff to help ensure homes are ready for new residents.
Providing professional, responsive service when residents have questions or concerns.
Supporting community marketing and outreach activities that help maintain strong occupancy.

Are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other digital tools.
Are interested in learning property management systems such as Yardi or RentCafe.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Property management, leasing, housing, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to obtain Fair Housing Certification within the required timeframe.
