KW Corona is seeking Commercial Real Estate Agents ready to build and scale a successful business in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties throughout Corona and the Inland Empire. With access to powerful systems, mentorship, and a strong commercial network, you will have the support needed to grow your presence in one of Southern California’s most active real estate markets.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and market commercial real estate opportunities in Corona and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property tours and prepare professional proposals
- Perform financial and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities
- Negotiate sales, leases, and commercial contracts
- Collaborate with team members and clients to create long term value
- Stay current on local market trends, zoning regulations, and economic developments in Riverside County
