Amaira Surgical is seeking a full-time Surgical Case Manager to join our growing luxury plastic surgery practice in Delray Beach.
This role is responsible for managing the patient journey from surgical deposit through surgery completion while coordinating closely with surgeons, patient coordinators, and the surgical team across all Amaira locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate surgical patients from deposit through surgery
- Schedule surgeries, pre-ops, labs, and medical clearances
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient communication
- Work closely with surgeons and leadership teams
- Provide concierge-level customer service
- Manage patient expectations and surgical timelines
- Support multiple South Florida locations
Qualifications:
- Plastic surgery or surgical coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery highly preferred
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused
- EMR/Nextech, Symplast experience a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
