Job Description
The Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for building robust financial processes, driving compliance, and providing clear reporting for management and investors.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Build and strengthen financial processes and internal controls to maintain accuracy and safeguard assets.
2.
Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3.
Oversee management information systems (MIS), accounting operations, and taxation to ensure seamless financial operations.
4.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies to support the company's operational and strategic needs.
5.
Handle investor and management reporting, providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial statements and analysis.
6.
Track key financial metrics and business performance indicators
7.
Drive process improvement and financial governance.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 3-5 years
