Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in the food industry. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing with other team members the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Duties Include:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensuring that the event runs smoothly, handling guest service, and addressing special requests from the beginning of events to the end
- Providing customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience during the event, working closely with catering staff
- Train and develop staff members on proper procedures, customer service, and product knowledge
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
This can be an hourly position or a salaried position
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in shift management and inventory control
