Qualifications:
We know that teachers prefer to work at high-quality childcare, so you need to look for the symbol of high quality, a Colorado Shines rating. As part of our Colorado Shines Level-4 rating, applicants will be asked to provide their credentials during our interview process. This will most likely include your Professional Development Information System (PDIS) certificate, hour’s letters from past ECE roles from an accredited Early Childhood Center, and/or a bachelor's degree or associates degree. These items are an important part of maintaining high quality care and knowing you are working at a high-quality program.
