Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and concerns.
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify that patient charts and documentation are complete and up to date.
- Review patient records for missing information and follow up as needed.
- Check patients in and out of the office.
- Maintain accurate patient information in the electronic medical records system.
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, attorneys, and referral sources.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist with other office tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous front desk, medical office, customer service, or administrative experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers, email, and office software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications But Not Required
- Experience in a medical office, rehabilitation clinic, or healthcare setting a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
