Hiring an experienced Brake Press Set-Up Operator with hands-on experience setting up and operating Cincinnati, Amada, or similar CNC sheet metal press brakes.

What You'll Do
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC sheet metal press brakes
- Perform complete machine set-ups, tooling changes, and first-piece inspections
- Read blueprints and work orders to produce precision bends
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Maintain a safe, organized work area
What We're Looking For
Experience setting up and operating Cincinnati, Amada, or similar CNC Press Brakes
Strong understanding of machine set-up, calibration, tooling selection, and bend sequencing
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Ability to troubleshoot machine and tooling issues
Team player with strong attention to detail
Manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication experience is strongly preferred.
