Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper – $20/hour
Bamboo Healthy Foods is hiring a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes and kitchen equipment
- Keep sinks, kitchen, and dishwashing areas clean and organized
- Prioritize dishes and cleaning during busy lunch periods
- Sweep and maintain kitchen and station floors
- Collect trash and take it to the dumpster
- Separate organic waste, recycling, and cardboard
- Break down boxes and dispose of cardboard
- Clean, scrub, dry, and organize kitchen shelves
- Help receive and properly store deliveries
- Restock and support kitchen/service stations as needed
- Assist with basic opening and food-prep tasks when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-use kitchen throughout the shift
- Complete all assigned duties before shift handoff
Requirements:
- Must be available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Able to lift and move restaurant supplies, boxes, and dish racks
- Must be willing to help the team wherever needed
- Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience preferred
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, fast, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean and running smoothly.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
