We are a decently small operation with five of us currently managing the routes and repairs. This job has lots of future growth potential if you go for it! We are looking to hire someone with pool service experience but we’re open to training someone with no experience as well.
Brief job description:
We test and safely add chemicals, clean pools out for homeowners and tenants to enjoy, and perform light repairs and other maintenance items. So you have to be at least a little bit handy. But not quite bob the builder.
Paid week off for Christmas.
Multiple other paid holidays throughout the year.
Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accrual after 90 days.
Performance reviews with annual pay reviews (beginning after 90 day evaluation period).
Sales bonuses if you meet and convert new customers while in the field and/or when performing new customer consultations.
