Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to help grow our agency. You’ll play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering products that help them manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Educate clients on insurance options and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Achieve sales goals through marketing, outreach, and follow-up.
- Maintain professional and ethical business practices following State Farm’s standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses (assistance provided).
