The Opportunity
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll become an important member of our operations team supporting the secure processing and movement of enterprise IT equipment. You’ll be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions, giving you the opportunity to build new skills while contributing to every stage of our operation.
From receiving and validating computer equipment to inventory management, secure data sanitization, order fulfillment, and shipping, you’ll help ensure our clients’ technology assets are processed accurately, securely, and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential to success.
What You’ll Do
- Process incoming IT equipment following established procedures
- Validate inventory and perform equipment audits
- Perform secure data sanitization processes (training provided)
- Sort, organize, and locate inventory within the warehouse
- Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate a forklift (Hi-Lo) as needed
- Contribute to a team that values quality, accuracy, and efficiency in everything we do
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and data integrity
- Work closely with teammates to provide outstanding service to our clients
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in doing quality work, and is eager to learn.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with technology
- Forklift (Hi-Lo) certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Consistent, dependable attendance
