Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Part Time IT Support technician to support our Eagan, MN Office. This position will offer 20 hours per week and be fully onsite. The IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support to employees and assists with the maintenance and improvement of the organization's IT environment. This position is primarily focused on Level 1 helpdesk support, with some Level 2 troubleshooting and involvement in broader IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting for staff in person and through remote support tools
- Track, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests

Assist with onboarding and offboarding users and their associated accounts/devices
- Perform light scripting, app configuration, reporting, or similar technical work
- Assist with the development, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Assist with IT projects involving applications, infrastructure, security, deployments, process improvements, system configuration, or technical research

Follow established security practices and support the proper handling of company and regulated data

Compensation:
Key Qualifications:
- At least one year of IT Support experience or similar

Basic TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, wired and wireless troubleshooting

Familiarity with supporting a primarily Microsoft-based business

Familiarity with:
- Systems/Platforms- Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, FortiGate, Cisco

Hardware- Servers, Desktops/Laptops, Printers, Fax, Tablets, Phones (Desk/Cell)

Operating Systems- Windows 10/11, Server 2012 R2-2025, iOS, Linux Distros

Degrees, certifications, and home-lab personal projects experience are a plus!
