Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries

Provide detailed information on properties, services, and local offerings

Use effective sales techniques to secure bookings and maximize revenue

Accurately process and confirm reservations

Maintain knowledge of local events, activities, and business hours

Greet guests warmly and provide check-in/check-out information

Handle guest concerns with empathy and a focus on resolution and satisfaction

Post charges to guest accounts as needed

Collaborate with supervisors and team members when necessary

Perform additional duties as assigned
