We're seeking an AT&T Retail Associate (Spanish Required) who enjoys helping customers and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. As an AT&T Retail Associate, you'll assist customers with questions about AT&T products and services, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure every interaction is friendly, informative, and efficient. Your bilingual communication skills will help deliver exceptional customer support while creating a positive experience for every visitor.
The AT&T Retail Associate receives training on customer care, product knowledge, and service excellence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Retail Associate:
- Welcome customers and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in English and Spanish with product information and service options.
- Help customers compare available AT&T products based on their individual needs.
- Maintain a professional and organized customer environment.
- Support daily team objectives through outstanding customer interactions.
- Build positive customer relationships by delivering accurate information and dependable service.
Qualifications of the AT&T Retail Associate:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is beneficial.
- Friendly communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable team player with a willingness to learn.
Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,600.00 per month
