MUST Physically go in our place of work being done to take pics/videos to show homeowner their problems and why it is happening in their home & show what we will do to solve it and sell our services and product. Upload those Pictures to our Software for Documentation Purposes. We are currently THE MOST THOROUGH and Will remain so. All Notes taken are to be entered in the software same day taken BEFORE you leave the Customers Location.
-Familiarity of Cellulose Insulation, Air Seal, Crawl Space Encapsulation, & Closed Cell Spray Foam & all its applications.
-Route Hours/Appointments Vary from 7am-7pm depending on Appointment Locations, & Customers availability
-Roughly 0-4 Estimates will be given to you any given day
-Must be a closer
-Minimum of 8+ yrs. Sales & Estimating Experience Required

-Vehicle with enough space to hold a 22' Little Giant Folding Ladder & a 6' A Frame Ladder (regular sized sedan with back seat folded down with empty trunk will fit Folding Ladder)

-Only Tools Required are a Tape Measurer/Laser, Ladders as stated above, phone with calculator. We will provide hand tools and Ladders. Precise Measurements Are a MUST! Commission 5%-10% of entire Job project that you quote for No Add Ons You Have Missed during the 1st initial Inspection

- Are you aware that you must Physically Enter Small Confined Spaces as needed? and are Physically able to fit in them? For Example, smallest Access YOU WILL ENTER is 15 inch x 10 inch to go into and gather proper information for estimating. Are you Physically able to enter something like so?
- Is it difficult for you to be On Time or a couple min early to anything you are needed at?
