Position: Resident Assistant (RA)
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Cedar Hills Senior Living is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team on weekend evenings. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents receive quality care, assistance, and companionship in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.

Assist residents with meals, hydration, and social engagement as needed.

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Maintain accurate documentation as required.

Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks related to resident care.

Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
-
Previous caregiving, resident assistant, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Compassionate and patient-centered attitude.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.

Must pass background screening and meet employment requirements.
