Industrial Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing / High-Speed Production)

$500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days)
Full-Time | Nights / Weekends Required
Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep a high-volume production facility running at full speed.
This is NOT a light-duty role—you’ll be working on:
- Tunnel systems
- Industrial dryers
- Ironers / conveyors
- High-speed production equipment
If you can troubleshoot fast, think under pressure, and fix problems the right way the first time, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment (electrical + mechanical)
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, relays, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Work with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Motors & drives
- Industrial electrical systems
- Read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Mechanical drawings
- Use CMMS to track work orders and repairs
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
- Support production teams to minimize downtime
What We’re Looking For
REAL industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment required)
*Hotel / make-ready maintenance need not apply*
- Strong electrical troubleshooting (low & high voltage)
- Experience with PLCs & controls
- Mechanical + hydraulic + pneumatic experience
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Electrical knowledge WILL be tested
