Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients under a patient-centered care model
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Complete documentation within PROMPT EMR
- Participate in mentorship and clinical development activities
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional patient experiences
- Commit to continuous professional growth
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date - We are open to part time options while you prep to sit for the boards!
- Passion for learning and professional growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to practice in a collaborative, patient-first environment
