What You’ll Do

Care for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients

Monitor high-acuity patients and respond to changes in condition

Manage IV drips, chest tubes, and central lines
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
-
Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
-
Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
-
Interest in high-acuity or critical care nursing
-
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
-
BLS required; ACLS preferred — training available if needed

New graduates and experienced RNs welcome
