We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call positions.
We are seeking professional, dependable, and highly observant individuals who can maintain a safe and secure environment while interacting with residents, staff, and visitors with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of security experience required
- Prior law enforcement or military experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service skills
- Good report writing and documentation skills
- Must be technology savvy and comfortable using security reporting systems/apps
- Must pass an extensive background check
- Must pass a drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- Monitor property and report suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- De-escalate conflicts calmly and effectively
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures
