Job Summary
Restore Pro Home Exteriors is a growing local exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. We specialize in roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and exterior renovations.
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers / Appointment Setters. Your primary responsibility will be introducing homeowners to our company and scheduling free in-home estimates for our sales team.
No previous experience is required. We provide training, scripts, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Hourly pay plus bonuses for booked appointments!
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
- Generate leads for roofing, siding, window, and exterior projects.
- Schedule free in-home estimates for our sales consultants.
- Submit lead information accurately and completely.
- Install and retrieve yard signs as needed.
- Assist with company events and community outreach.
- Identify neighborhoods and areas with high potential opportunities.
- Follow company policies and represent Restore Pro professionally.
Experience
- Previous sales experience, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable
- Proven ability in outbound calling, cold calling, or warm calling campaigns with a focus on business development
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and customer data
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent verbal communication in English
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales roles is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle objections professionally and positively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining motivation and resilience
