Personal Injury Law firm in Atlanta, GA seeking a front desk coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer service focused and empathetic.
Responsibilities
- Answer multiple line telephone system and route or screen calls; provide detailed name and information descriptions
- Answer phones-transfer callers to the appropriate individuals
- Take detailed messages for the legal team
- Greet and assist visitors
- Calendar management
- Data entry for intakes
- Upload documents into correct files and notify the legal team
- File downloading and organizing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and stock supplies
- Maintaining common areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume calls preferred
- Must be a positive team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Must be able to multitask, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability
- Display superior written and oral communication skills and employ effective listening skills
- Must be empathetic and patient
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
