Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests, with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be able to multi-tasks and maintain clean bellman areas
- Physical stamina, ability to lift, push, and pull heavy suitcases and stand or walk for long shifts.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
