CNA/CMA/LPN

We are looking for a full time CNA, Medical Assistant, or LPN to support the delivery of primary care services in a pediatric clinic setting. This position will work closely with providers, other CNAs/CMAs, nurses, office staff, and nurse manager to provide quality care to patients in a fun, fast-paced environment. Pay dependent on experience and qualifications. We value employees who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. Position Duties and Responsibilities: but are not limited to:
- Room patients: obtain vitals, patient history, and reason for seeking care and any current medications.
- Maintain electronic medical records
- Maintain work area, exam rooms, supplies, medications, and immunizations.
- Perform injections, finger-sticks, heel-sticks, urinalysis, throat swabs, and assist the provider as directed.
- Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Experience:
- The ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- The ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with other team members.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and office equipment.
- The ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
- The ability to evaluate one’s own learning needs and seek out educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid or BLS
- Current Certified Medical Assistant or CNA; if you are not a certified MA you will be supported in obtaining this certification in the first year after hire.
