Overview
Our mobile home community spans approximately 13 acres and requires a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to help maintain the grounds throughout the fall season. This position runs mid‑September through December and offers 8–20 hours per week with weekly pay.
Duties
- Perform mowing, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance across a 13‑acre mobile home community
- Complete mulching, weed spraying, and seasonal groundskeeping tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, yards, and community spaces
- Operate lawn equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers
- Assist with additional outdoor tasks as assigned (light cleanup, debris removal, seasonal prep)
- Follow all safety guidelines while working outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Experience with lawn care equipment preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Willingness to learn weed spraying and mulching techniques
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working 8–20 hours per week from mid‑September through December
PAY
Pay ranges from $16–$20 per hour, based on experience.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
