Slows Bar BQ, a Detroit-based award-winning restaurant known for its chef-driven spin on barbecue, craft beer, and community involvement, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a member of our crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.

Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Manage guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.

Food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Slows Bar Bq opened in Corktown, Detroit's oldest neighborhood, in 2005. 20 years later Slows operates that original flagship location, Carryout & Catering restaurant Slows To Go in Detroit's Midtown, as well as Slows Bar Bq Ann Arbor and Slows Bar Bq Berkley. Slows also has a food truck and runs gameday stands inside Ford Field, Comerica Park, and Little Caesars Arena.
