Managers play a key role in successful and efficient day to day operations. They are directly responsible for upholding all company standards by overseeing and managing employee productivity. A manager keeps operations moving and ensures all logs and line checks are completed daily. Managers are expected to be fluent and well-versed in front of house and back of house operations. Management is responsible for continual growth and support in all departments, including in training, developing, and motivating their peers and teammates. A manager is observant and self motivated.
