Imperial Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient psychiatric practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider seeking a supportive environment, flexible schedule, and long-term growth.
Compensation
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders
- Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
- Provide psychoeducation and treatment planning
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Qualifications
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active Texas License (Required)
- DEA License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (New graduates considered with strong training)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience with outpatient psychiatry preferred
