Position: Experienced Construction Litigation Attorney
Experience Level: 5+ years
Location: Houston office (full‑time, in‑office)
Practice Areas: Litigation, with a preference for construction litigation
License: Active Texas law license required
Key Responsibilities
Litigate construction and commercial matters from initial strategy through final resolution
Draft high‑quality briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and—where applicable—trials
Work both independently and collaboratively with legal teams
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with construction‑related matters
Excellent brief writing and analytical skills
Trial experience strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials
Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
