We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Manager with great social skills who can help manage our team.
At Sourdough, we are passionate about quality food and quality ingredients. We bake bread daily and serve made-to-order sandwiches, soups, & salads. We're looking for an individual who will share our commitment to excellence as we move to become the next high-quality food chain. Our Team Members must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to process information quickly and efficiently. Come grow with Sourdough & Co!
Duties will include:
- Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales & performance.
- Supervise employees in various duties such as Prep, Cashier, Sandwich Making, Bread Station and other operations.
- Manage product storage, maintenance and rotation activities to avoid any damages, spoilages and the freshest product possible.
- Schedule and assign work for associates on daily basis.
- Assist Owners in Interviewing, and hiring when needed.
- Provide training to staff on company policies, procedures and sales guidelines.
- Respond to queries and complaints from both customers and employees.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and store rules.
- Coordinate with employees to operate the store to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure that products are properly labeled with dates and descriptions.
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory levels to avoid over and under stock problems.
- Interact politely with clients while solving problems related to sales, dissatisfied service and issues regarding store operation.
- Operate all food preparation machines and equipment.
- Oversee and assist in Food orders and food delivery.
- Ensure that facility is maintained neat, clean and safe.
Salary:
$25 Hourly + Performance bonus!
