Kelsey’s in Rockledge is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of line cook experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, and culinary techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and established prep and build procedures
- Solid understanding of food safety, proper temperatures, and handling practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with kitchen terminology and professional kitchen etiquette
- Ability to take direction and maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Compensation
- $16-$19 per hour, based on experience
