We're looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to help our senior advisors take excellent care of our clients. In this role, you'll be one of the people clients come to know and trust. You'll coordinate details, follow up on next steps, prepare for meetings, and keep important work moving so clients feel cared for and advisors have the support they need.
This is a good fit for someone who is organized, warm, and steady under pressure — and there's real room to grow here as you go (more on that below). If you enjoy helping people, staying a few steps ahead, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll likely feel right at home.
Why You'll Love Working Here
operations while working closely with advisors who are genuinely invested in helping you grow.
Day to day, we lean on hard work, humility, optimism, responsiveness, and doing right by our clients. We take our work seriously, and we care just as much about the people doing it.
Benefits include - Health Insurance, Dental, PTO, VTO, Financial Wellness, 401K/Company Matching, Tuition Reimbursement
Who You Are
You're trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding confidential information with care. You communicate clearly and naturally with clients, advisors, and teammates, and you're proactive enough to anticipate what someone needs before they ask. You manage your time well, stay steady when the day gets busy, and you're genuinely interested in building a long-term career in wealth management.
What You'll Do
Your focus is client care and advisor support — new business development is handled separately, so you can focus entirely on being excellent at this.
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings — investment and planning updates, reports, paperwork, and next steps
- Be a go-to point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person, including help with the client portal
- Handle account opening, investment paperwork, money movement requests, and reporting; place trades at an advisor's direction
- Keep advisor calendars, deadlines, and client records organized and on track
- Support client and prospect events, approved educational content, and day-to-day office needs
You'll be the connecting thread between advisors and clients — the person keeping things moving so advisors can focus on planning and clients always feel taken care of.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management or the independent RIA space
- Series 65 license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship management skills
- Sharp attention to detail and follow-through, with comfort managing multiple systems and priorities
- Solid Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus (Orion, Redtail)
- Client-facing experience and comfort working directly with affluent individuals and families
- A track record of sticking with roles and growing within them
Growth Opportunities
We want this role to open doors. Team members choose career paths based on their interests and strengths:
- Toward financial planning: we'll support you in pursuing the CFP® or FPQP® designation and give you opportunities to contribute to personal financial plans for clients

Whichever path you choose, we want your commitment to the firm to be met with real investment in your future.
